Steve is a former professional rugby player and played for Leicester Tigers, England and the famed Barbarians.
His business growth systems are founded upon the principles of elite sport and his 20+ years in helping business owners to build successful firms. With Steve’s system (The FORMULA) every business on the planet can benefit, no matter how large or small.
A senior management consultant, analyst and management accountant, with 20+ years of qualified experience. Trustworthy, hardworking and creative; a professional that can be relied upon, both in terms of quality and value for money.

Tom has over 25 years of experience of working in organisations in people management and leadership development roles. This has included facilitating leadership and management development programmes, coaching programmes and change management projects across a number of organisations in a variety of industry sectors. As a coach Tom works with individuals and groups to help people achieve their goals and realise their potential. Tom is passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be.
Tom’s natural inclination is to engage people’s hearts and minds and then work with them to increase their self belief and ability to achieve personal and professional goals. Tom believes strongly in building on people’s strengths. Tom’s style is empathetic yet at the same time challenging which brings about a positive reaction in those he works with. Tom is a strong advocate of self-directed learning and sees his role in supporting an individual or group to move closer to owning their own development pathway. Tom’s clients describe his style as understanding, patient and impactful.
Urvi is an intern student pursuing a PhD from The University of Edinburgh and the Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Stage 2) with the British Psychological Society.
Talha is an intern student, studying Accounting and Finance at Coventry University.
