TONY FLYNN

A management professional with a depth of commercial and financial experience in a broad spectrum of businesses – from owner managed to Corporate.
Business partnering has always been a key part of my toolkit. Many of my roles have been about enabling people and facilitating processes to drive the businesses forward.

Organisation, communication and people skills have been the source of my best achievements. From implementing new systems, to devising strategy, developing pricing models and leading people – all different, requiring different skillsets but utilising a similar agile approach.

The ideal coach or mentor provides the opportunity and environment for the client to shine. To aspire further and help drive their business.
The coach / mentors role is to clear a path for the client to see the way forward. To help them understand and navigate the obstacles, to be aware of the options available and support the decision making process.
As a qualified coach the greatest success is seeing clients succeed and achieve.
This is the reason I do it.
